Disclaimer: I received a complimentary ambassador box from lovebug probiotics for review. As always, all opinions are my own. Full PR & Disclosure here.
I am such a big fan of probiotics and it is a daily supplement for everyone in our home.
A few years ago I suffered from leaky gut (intestinal permeability) and it took almost a YEAR to recover!
Trying to regain the balance of good and bad bacteria was so challenging (and frustrating) and after many months, I finally got it under control. Since then, probiotics have been my best friend and a great friend to all of those in our family too.
Not sure what probiotics are or why they’re good for you? Let me briefly explain:
Your body is full of bacteria, both good and bad.
Because of environmental toxins and chemicals we’re exposed to and overuse of antibiotics we often end up with more bad bacteria than good in our microbiome which causes us to get sick and get infections.
The good bacteria can’t survive when it’s overrun by the bad so it’s important to incorporate probiotics (good bacteria) into your daily diet so it can stay balanced.
When you have a balanced system, you have a healthier immune system, better digestion, better hair and skin and everything just runs a little smoother, not to mention you will become more regular too! 😉
OK, so why is LoveBug so different?
LoveBug Probiotics uses BIO-tract technology which makes them 15x more effective than standard probiotics. They patented BIO-tract protects the probiotics from stomach acid so it can offer controlled release of the active ingredients in the intestines where all the magic happens.
All of their products are made in the USA and are non-GMO, yeast, gluten, sugar, lactose and soy-free. No chemicals, no preservatives or artificial colors or flavors. They’re even packed with organic cotton!
